Returns
We’ve got you covered! Here at Below the Knee clothing, we will gladly offer a hassle free return within 7 days of delivery. The customer must contact us via the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page of our website - within this time frame to make the request.
Please include the order number and the reason for the request.
To complete the return, items must be in new and unworn condition with tags attached (if applicable). The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to return the item(s). We will send you return details in a reply to your email request. Please allow 3 business days to process packages received. After processing, if approved, the refund will be processed excluding any shipping cost.
Non-returnable items:
- Any item claims more than 7 days after delivery
- Products must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it).
Refunds (if applicable)
We will gladly offer a refund if you are ever not satisfied with the product.
All claims MUST be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. Please contact us via the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page of our website and provide an order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis.
Please note, refunds cannot be granted for items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, please allow 3 business days for processing your refund. We will send you email confirmation.
Please note, under no circumstance do we process refunds due to postal delay displeasure. We process all orders within 3 working days. Some items are shipped internationally and as such will take time to arrive. We have absolutely no control over postal delays and refunds can't be processed as a result. We will however process the refund if the parcel is officially lost, as advised by the postal carrier, or the parcel is not received within 2 months of purchase. Alternatively, refunds are processed after the buyer returns the items to us, as arranged, in good order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
We know this can be annoying! Depending on the courier you’re returning your item(s) with and where its coming from, it can sometimes take some time to reach us. If your return is marked as delivered, be reassured, we will be in contact with you by email once it has been processed to confirm your refund. We aim to process returns within 3 business days and it is a top priority for us to ensure you have a good customer experience.
If your refund is confirmed but you haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form on the 'Contact Us' page of our website and we will happily assist you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Sorry! We currently don't offer exchanges. To make our returns process as easy as possible and due to limited and high demand stock, we can only offer refunds at this time. Please make an additional order for any new items! If you would like to know how to return your items, please check out our returns heading above… and be sure to check out our website to snatch up any items you were after!
Shipping Return
To return a product, we will reply to your email request to provide you with the appropriate return address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please ensure the item is in appropriate packaging to best prevent damage in transit.
