Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order both domestically and internationally and is free for orders over $120.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We want you to get your package as soon as possible! Please refer to each product description for item specific processing and delivery times! As these may vary.
Some orders are processed from home here in Australia and some are dispatched internationally (see Shipping Origin below). We think those items are worth the wait and we sure hope you do too in shaa Allah (God willing)!
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, unless the specific product description states otherwise. This time frame may extend slightly during busier times of the year where postal services see an influx of items.
The customer is emailed a tracking number when the order ships. Product shipping & delivery depends on the dispatching warehouse they come from. Local post offices delivery delays are rare but can happen especially during busy sales seasons and they are not controlled by us. Please note, some high value orders may require a signature for delivery. If an attempted delivery notice is left by your local post office, please follow up with them directly for redelivery or pickup instructions.
The responsibility is on the purchaser to follow up with relevant postal companies or couriers in regard to any items or parcels lost or damaged. Below The Knee Clothing will assist with such inquiries as far as is reasonably practicable.
Packages are generally received within 7-21 working days, with the average being 14 working days. Some parcels may take up to 28 working days especially with the current climate regarding COVID-19 and the broad cancellation of international flights.
Shipping Origin
Shipping origin is based on the product ordered. We are a business based in Australia, however some of our product dispatching centres are located around the world.
If an order contains different brands, it may come separately as they may be dispatched from more than one warehouse. Each product delivery may differ depending on its warehouse location, the destination country and customs process.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! We will send you a tracking number and details via email or sms. You can then place the tracking number into the "Track your order" page on our website and see the updates.
Does Below the Knee Clothing ship internationally?
Below the Knee Clothing ships anywhere in Australia. We are currently trialling international shipping to New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Germany, Sweden and the United States of America.
